At Shed Outfitters, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. The original packaging and tags must be intact.

Refund Process

  • Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at james@shedoutfitters.store or 323-975-1090. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Upon approval of your refund request, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at james@shedoutfitters.store or 323-975-1090.
